Professional Plus – Need help setting out of office reply I purchased Professional Plus and I it says online that there should be an option under “file” where I can setup an automatic response to go to people that email me when I am away. R W Basenji. In Outlook is it possible to modify the Automatic Reply so that it sends the reply every time to the sender instead of just one time to the sender of the email? When automatic replies are turned on it states that it will automatically reply once for each sender. The Outlook account user would like for the auto reply to be sent every time the user sends an email.
